The 2007 St. Anthony's Triathlon, America's 2nd largest Olympic distance triathlon sold out in a record breaking 5 hours and 15 minutes of opening registration! Forty-nine hundred on-line registrations where received.

 

2007 Sponsorships Are Still Available!

 St. Anthony's Triathlon is well-known as one of the most prestigious triathlons in the world, kicking off the triathlon season in North American on Sunday, April 29, 2007. Now in it's 24th year attracts over 4,500 individual and relay team participants!

Triathlon is one of the fastest growing sports in the world, and the extensive coverage of Triathlon starting with the Sydney Summer Olympics has raised awareness and excitement of the sport, making it one that both media and sponsors love! This entire event will be backed by local, regional and national  media, with additional partnerships created locally. The race hosts one of the most prestigious competitions for elite athletes in the world.  Athletes from around the globe will compete for a prize purse of $50,000.

The weekend competition kicks off on Saturday with the Meek & Mighty Triathlon, a fun-filled mini-triathlon designed to challenge up to 500 tweens and teens (as well as the novice adult triathlete) that participate.

The Sports & Fitness Expo is filled with vendors exhibiting the latest in everything from triathlon apparel, bicycles, and health services to running shoes, watches and high tech products. The expo is a selling show and attracts a crowd of nearly 20,000 during the three day event.

  • Meek & Mighty Triathlon for tweens, teens and novice adults  - Saturday, April 28, 2007.

  • St. Anthony's Triathlon for amateurs from more than 40 states - Sunday, April 29, 2007.
